Make-to-stock strategy:
In this scenario, I leave be sounding at a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) manufacturing processes. The HVAC shaper will ultimately produce a harvesting for sale. The make-to-stock strategy is applied as the manufacturer follows the cover of processing to convention to inventory then finally to shipping. In this strategy, delivery conviction is minimal as the consumer will not have to take care as the product is pre-assembled and waiting shipping. The process flow graph is as follows:

In the processing stage, the manufacturer will develop the procedures and part that will be used in the production of the product. The parts may be brought in from other manufacturers or manufactured in house. Once all parts are available the production moves on to assembly. During assembly, plant workers or robots will take all the parts and assemble them in order to produce the final product. Once the final product is completed and packaged, it moves into the product inventory stage. The product will be placed in a warehouse to await bargain for from the consumer.



Once purchased, the manufacturer will ship the product to the consumer complete the make-to-stock strategy.

Assemble-to-order strategy:
In this scenario, I will be sounding at a build-to-order estimator manufacturing processes. This manufacturing process allows customers to customize the computer they want. They get to choose the components they want offered by the manufacturer in the first place the computer is built. The assemble-to-order strategy is applied as the manufacturer follows the application of processing to inventory to assembly then finally to shipping.
