1.0 INTRODUCTION

The Low Pressure Zone (LPZ), which, covers areas with territory elevation from 0 - 30.5m, includes areas west of the Odaw River and nearly the entire urban center centre. The supply area includes Kasoa, Dansoman, Gbawe, Anyaa, Kaneshie, Achimota, Korle Bu, Industrial Area, and Accra Central.
