ABSTRACT
The rapid growth of utilise computer meshings in the internal processes of Jordanian governing, the delivery of government products, service to citizens and industry encourages us to develop an electronic choose clay that we expect it will replace the traditional select system (paper and pencil system) and become the first package of e-democracy services provided by the Jordanian e-government. This paper is a technical end for the Jordanian e-voting system, which we believe it has the opportunity of offering a beefy e-voting system for local peoples council preferences, president elections, and some other democratic issues that only render a judgment by voting. Our novel e-voting scheme covers different issues of an electronic voting system such as ensuring the anonymous and the privacy of the voter beside the security system of the election process from malicious practices. The scheme introduces the use of national public key system with smart card applied science which allows voters to interact with the system in mobility environment. The system does not contain any special voting channel while the converse can exist over any public network such as the internet.
