Like the other approaches to management, the behavioral approach has evolved piecemeal over more years. Advocates of the behavioral approach to management tear down out that people deserve to be the central focalise of organized activity. They believe that successful management depends largely on a managers ability to understand and charm with people who have a variety of backgrounds, needs, perceptions, and aspirations.
