In todays business world, market research, marking mix, and the counselling of selling is focused on planning and strategies. Market strategies attend as the basic foundation of marketing plans designed to take up market needs and reach the marketing objectives. Marketing strategies is too related to the marketing mix. The main objective for the paper is to go under and describe the importance of Kudler Fine Foods marketing strategy and tactics. Also to examine the importance of marketing on Kulder Fine Foods in a virtual organization bon vivant grocery store experiencing huge growth and is focusing on expanding their services, improving the effectiveness of the operations and increasing consumers purchase power.
The association overview of Kudler Fine Foods is a local upscale specialty solid food store located in the San Diego metropolitan area. Kudler Fine Foods has cardinal locations around San Deigo, which are in La Jolla, Del Mar, and Encinitas. Each of these stores is more or less 8,000 square feet of retail space in a raffish shopping center. Each of their stores is stocked with the best domestic and import selections of food.
The store is divided in five departments that are bakeshop and Pastry Products, Fresh Produce, Fresh Meat & Seafood, Condiments and Packaged Foods, and finale Cheese and Specialty Dairy Products. The business objective is to increase profits by offering the best quality products selections at competitive prices around. Kathy Kulder was the vice-president of Marketing for a large defense contractor. From her change of location constantly and the pressures of her job, Kathy looked for other opportunities.
