When John was a young child at the age of 4, he went to go through with his Aunt Mimi after his parents Julia and Alfred Lennon determined to separate. At five years old, Johns have made him choose which parent he exigencyed to live with. Two times John chose his father, further when his mother would passing away he would follow her instead. It would be twenty more years before John would see his father once again (Partridge 4). Although his mother Julie remarried, she still came to visit with John and her sister Mimi. She visited on a regular basis and bought John his first guitar in 1956 (Henke 9). She also taught him how to play the banjo and the piano. Johns Aunt Mimi was not supportive about his please in music unlike his mother Julia. His aunt would forever and a day tell him, The guitars all very well John, but youll never make a living out of it. whiz unfortunate day, a car that was driven by an off-duty law officer killed Julia, while she was walking home after tour her son on July 15, 1958. The nigh year, Paul introduced John to a potential new band member, George Harrison. George, at age 14, along with his college aged friend Stuart Sutcliffe get together the band.
