In our communication book on chapter 4 we learn humannessy notions on communication .I choose two concepts that i chicane people do without noticing they do it genius of them is Personal Constructs .This concept uses the persons own way of speaking to construct and compare and direct contrast them with how they would want to be or will want to discern it and how they think others will take it . This concept make s you find out beta figures in their life.
