Federalist #10 Précis
I want to start out by saying that I am a supporter of the constitution because it would it be the fomite in which a govern ment could be created to control and regulate the damage and violence that the factions make up on caused.
We as humans impart always create factions regardless of the situation. Factions are inevit commensurate. Men will always have different amounts of wealth, beliefs and different amount of proportion ownership. Men that posses more property ownership seem to have ability then those that own less.
I believe that on that point are only two ways to control factions. one(a) is to control faction causes and the some other is to control the faction effects. If men where to try to control the causes of faction that would be that you would have to give back every citizen the have-to doe withs, passions and thoughts. This way of trying to controlling faction would take away peoples liberty and would be impossible. The other way is impractical because of human nature. With that being said we require to accept the factions do exist and accept their existence. A brass that is created with the constitution will control the damage that these factions create.
Pure democracies, in which all citizens directly participate in making the laws, would non be effective. This type of government would not be able to control the conflict with the factions. The most powerful and strongest factions will dominate and control and in that location would be no way to cherish the smaller less powerful groups.
